Jordan Landing

Jordan Landing is a 500 acre mixed use development located in West Jordan, Utah, less than 20 miles southwest of Salt Lake City. Spanning just over a mile of frontage on Bangerter Highway from Jordan Landing Boulevard (7000 South) to 7800 South, the development’s 200 acre shopping center is a major component of the project with anchors such as Cinemark, Sam’s Club, Lowe’s, Ross, Kohl’s, Target, and Walmart, to name a few; however, Jordan Landing is considered mixed use for a reason. Over 250 single-family homes and 1,200 multi-family units north and west of the shopping center, and more than 550,000 square feet of office buildings located along the west side of the project, add to the expansive mixed-use project that has become a central piece of West Jordan.

Plaza at Jordan Landing was the first phase of the then 400 acre development, consisting of nearly 75 acres and 676,000 square feet of retail and entertainment. Starting with Cinemark and the Entertainment Village, and progressing through phases of its own to include the Lifestyle and Neighborhood Centers, Plaza at Jordan Landing is the northerly portion of the overall shopping center and is home to Barnes & Noble, Nike Factory Store, Ulta, IHOP, Chili’s, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, Iggy’s, Black Bear Diner, Tepanyaki Japanese Steakhouse, Coldstone Creamery and many more.

Over the next few years, Jordan Landing annexed 100 acres, of which the majority was used to welcome shadow anchors Walmart, Sam’s Club, Sears Grand and Lowe's, and grew to include 193,000 square foot Airport Center, anchored by Target and Best Buy. Shortly after that, Foursquare Properties added Campus View, a third 150,000 square foot center anchored by Michaels and PetSmart. Plaza at Jordan Landing and its shadow anchors, Airport Center and Campus View combine to create an impressive 1.8 million square feet of retail and entertainment.
